  • Integrated approach should be adopted for the developmental projects
  • Participatory and community decision makes the projects success and achieves project goals and objectives
  • Community ownership makes the sustenance of the assets that are createdin the project
  • Projects should be focused more on the community development
  • Projects should be focused such that it should not affect and degrade the environment
  • Women should be given responsibility in the projects
  • Differently-abled persons should be focused with special approach
  • Development projects should always be planned and implemented with participatory approach
