Over a period of time, S YO has made the following learning's to work for the Development process:
- Integrated approach should be adopted for the developmental projects
- Participatory and community decision makes the projects success and achieves project goals and objectives
- Community ownership makes the sustenance of the assets that are createdin the project
- Projects should be focused more on the community development
- Projects should be focused such that it should not affect and degrade the environment
- Women should be given responsibility in the projects
- Differently-abled persons should be focused with special approach
- Development projects should always be planned and implemented with participatory approach
